Building has been part of our story for as long as we can remember. Owner and founder Niko Johnson grew up working alongside his dad, where he learned that quality craftsmanship, hard work, and treating people well matter just as much as the finished product. After several years with a window and bath remodeling company, he started Cross Construction to offer homeowners a more personal, hands-on experience.

As a family-owned business, we keep our team intentionally small. You’ll work directly with Niko from the first conversation to the final walkthrough, ensuring your project gets the attention it deserves. Behind the scenes is his wife, Fayth. They’ve been married for three years and are raising five incredible kids together, so they know firsthand that homes need to be built for real life. (They’ve also become experts at cleaning up messes—on and off the job site.)
